Remarks & Notes
A pair of SD40Es assist westbound stack train 25Z west on the assault of the Allegheny mountains. The train is passing the doomed ALTO tower on a gorgeous spring morning. The 6324 began its life as CR 6700, the very first SD50 on Conrail's roster. It was renumbered to NS 5400 before being rebuilt in May 2010.
