Remarks & Notes

The Rio Grande Zephyr, train #18 heads eastward on the shorter but steeper westward main track at Mapleton, Utah. The little streamliner will soon enter Spanish Fork Canyon leaving 11,749 ft. Mt. Timpanogos and Utah Valley behind.
