In the spring of 86 a Soo Line train is crossing the large bridge at Foster Iowa on its way to Kansas City. Soo power was already finding its way on most trains on this line. My dad and I spent the better part of my spring break in college 1986 on this line and this was just one of four pure Milw powered trains we photographed that week.
