7:22 AM morning light hits the Harlem River Bridge at the start of another day of work in the Big Apple. Visible on the bridge are some of Metro North's 40-year old Metropolitan MU cars. To the right are the red lights of trains stopped at the 125th station. Further right is the distinctive point of the Empire State building.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
