Remarks & Notes |
Lookin' Good! Returning from its first trip south of North Bay since coming out of the shops with its new paint, 1809 approaches the Domtar Road crossing at Martins in the unrelenting rain. At least it's had a 141-mile wash to get whatever road grime it had accumulated in the past week or so off. This new scheme is reminiscant of the treatment given to the 2200-series GP40's with slight differences to the nose and long hood. I was going to head straight into work but for a heads-up from Adam Walker that she was on her way. Thanks, Adam! Check out image #376425 for a view of this train crossing the old bridge over the Muskoka River in Huntsville. |
