Remarks & Notes
A ballast extra consisting of one of the DL's beautiful RS-3s, a GVT caboose and three former conrail ballast hoppers sits tied down in East Stroudsburg. This ballast train will lay ballast near Bells Bridge which has just been reopened after structural problems closed it in February of this year. In little less than a week the first PT-97 will traverse this section of track and interchange with NS will resume at Slateford Junction.
