| Southbound Amtrak Cascades No. 513 kicks up a cloud of dust as it blasts across newly-constructed track at Logen crossover north of Stanwood. The toppled Honey Bucket -- unoccupied, thankfully -- attests to how windy it was in the Skagit Valley this day. |
