Remarks & Notes
Back in 1995, much of the track west of Reno Junction on the Orin Subdivision was still single track. Work was in progress to double track many sections, but had not been completed. Trains would slowly advance from one siding to the next. At East Antelope, WY, an eastbound (geographical south) UP unit coal train was waiting at the signal. In the distance was another waiting eastbound UP coal train. Once the parade got to Reno Junction and double track, the logjam broke loose.
