Remarks & Notes
This is the Ontario Northland North Bay Shops "grunge booth", located next to the paint booth. In here the car bodies are jacked up and the trucks rolled out of the way so that the cars can be thoroughly cleaned, stripped and prepped for painting. Car refurbishing is a big part of business at the North Bay Shops, and they have a reputation for sending out a product that is noticably superior to "factory fresh"! Photo taken on railroad property with permission, all appropriate PPE was worn.

Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
