Remarks & Notes
Does this look like a Utah Railway Company terminal to you? Since Mueller Industries sold the Utah Railway to Genesee & Wyoming, Inc. in August of 2002, only three locomotives have been repainted in G&W's standard orange, yellow & black livery. Utah Railway's roster of odd duck power continues into the present with Australian built SD50's and MK50-3's, pictured at Provo, Utah. Utah Railway's locomotive servicing shop was built after the UP-SP merger to handle new business acquired when Utah Railway and BNSF became business partners as a condition of the UP-SP merger in 1996.
