Union Pacific's Skyline, UT to Barstow, CA coal load descends Spanish Fork Canyon approaching Rio, Utah. Running parallel to the UP double track main is US Highway 6, the deadliest roadway in Utah. A pretty graphic example of what can happen when accidents occur is moving on a flatbed trailer through the Red Narrows.
