Nominally RS-11s, these were really unique and only on the DWP. Other than the notched ends they were more Canadian style than US and had the D/B in the short hood like an RS-3 or RS-10. I forgot to look for the brake cylinders. At this point they had been displaced from their long time home in the Duluth area. They seemed go all over and a couple may still run.
