It's Memorial Day Weekend 1969, and RF&P 1006 and two other E-8's sit at Richmond Union Station. Two other railfan friends (John Woodworth and Mike Ondecker) and I have come to Richmond for passenger trains. This is as far south as we got on that trip, but what memories we have.
