MARC (or CSX?) has been outfitting stations with crossing lights to warn passengers crossing the tracks between platforms that a train is coming. Note the white crossties in the LED graphic, and the crossing bell at the top. The asymmetric position of the graphic appears to indicate the direction from which the train is arriving, so in this case look left!
