UPP 7001 Columbine is enroute to Eugene, Oregon where it will be transferred to the Central Oregon and Pacific Railroad. CORP will operate a special train on Monday, September 20 to take local officials and dignitaries to the grand opening of their Winchester Yard a few miles north of Roseburg, Oregon.
