Remarks & Notes

RS-1 has run around the train for southbound return to Owego NY. The Tioga Central RR originated in NY state [Tioga County NY] on a former Lehigh Valley line but then moved the entire operation to an ex-NYC line in Tioga County PA. Excursions used to operate on evening dinner trains from Owego NY to Newark Valley NY.
