Remarks & Notes

Northern Indiana Public Service did a test burn of Colorado Coal. Three trainloads were routed from the Converse Mine to Joliet via the SP where their power was cut off and the J power backed onto the train here at Jackson St. in Joliet to forward it to Indiana. Just one of those rare moves of the day.
