A West Olive, MI to Black Thunder Mine, WY coal empty is pulling down to CTC Halpin to work with MofW to get thru the control plant. This empty just stopped at Albion to pickup all these tanks cars full of diesel fuel that came out of Des Moines, IA. Alot of the fuel goes to Alliance, NE, and is shipped west on empty coal trains.
