Empty grain train 391 is rolling thru a wide spot in the Chemung River valley just east of Corning NY near Big Flats at approx. 1:20 PM. View is from Rt 352 near Hickling coal fired power plant. This train originated at the Port of Albany, NY and is on its way to Buffalo. SOO power was very common on these trains in the early 90's. SOO SD40-2 # 770 trails.
