| Just because it's a holiday doesn't mean that Portland shuts down. An old gent strolls up Morrison Street on a wet New Year's Day as a northbound Portland Streetcar run works its way down the hill on 10th Avenue just after departing the Central Library Station. One sure sign this is the Northwest: All the tree limbs are thoroughly coated in moss! |
