| Tanglefoot Overlook. This scene might be a credible advertisement for the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad's Holiday Train, but in fact, it is a summer tourist season excursion train and the picture was taken a couple of weeks after Labor Day. Former DRGW K-36 number 488 is seen here amidst the snow-covered wilderness, as she exits the famous Tanglefoot Curve on the eastbound run to Antonito. |
