| West Herzog Ballast train rolls west at Manchester on the Dubuque Sub. These 60 cars will dump west of Waterloo tonight. This train was loaded in Wisconsin on ex-Wisconsin Central, and return there once empty. Manchester is located at MP 230, which is 45 miles east of Waterloo, IA. |
