Remarks & Notes |
The Clarkia Turn is moving through the sharp horseshoe curve at Mashburn on it's way home to St. Maries. The siding is often used to store log flats and prevented me from taking this shot on my earlier trip. I'm glad I got it as the St. Maries has started scrapping their 470 original MILW friction bearing log flats, many dating to 1947 a week ago. It does seem that another opportunity has been lost forever. |
