| Q229 with CSX 8723 in the middle spits outlawed trains K651 (with a very rare BCOL leader, the first and only time I've seen/heard of a BCOL leader in Ohio) and K683 with CSX 7718. The first huge snowstorm of the year has caused many delays to trains of all sorts, as Amtrak had to pick up crews along the way due to cabs not being able to get to the head end of trains depending on where they outlawed. |
