Remarks & Notes
Wilmington & Western's beefy Baldwin Switcher eases her excursion train into the Marshallton Yard at the end of a service day. The 102 year-old loco sports a new paint job that was completed just days before this photo was taken. The Wilmington & Western's equipment always looks superb, because the railroad keeps all of its passenger equipment indoors, in sheds that are just out of view behind the train. The tender that appears adjacent to the second coach, is from a Canadian National 2-6-0 #92, which the railroad also owns and may some day restore.
