Grand Elk Railroad's 3829 rolls slowly across the historic swing bridge over the Grand River after finishing up a switching job. Although the gears of the swing mechanism are still visible, the bridge probably hasn't been opened for a boat in over half a century. Incidentally, this is the first photo of a Grand Elk Railroad locomotive to see RP. :-)
