Wow there's a lot going on in this view! A D902 crew is bringing a late Q150 down the Toledo Terminal with Genset CSXT 1300 trailing while a yard job with a caboose sits on tracks in the Toledo Docks along with no less than two hopper trains (either ore loads or coal empties). While taking this shot I was approached by a guard from the refinery in the background who asked "Hey, are you taking a picture of the refinery?" to which I replied "Nope! I'm taking a picture of that train down there with a special engine on it." She looked down, said "Oh, uh, ok..." looking somewhat confused so I said "well, I got what I wanted, I'm out of here" smiled at her, hopped in the car and left. She had a relieved/confused expression but I think she was just happy I was gone. Pretty harmless, kind of funny and I was able to get to my next shot in time so I could care less. It's worth noting that I was on a public street overpass pulled completely off the road in a pull over lane and she was reasonably polite - I just didn't want to miss my next shot by debating her on her implied assertion.
