It's nearly 5 PM and well past sunset on a gloomy, dreary, foggy, and just generally miserable Sunday in Alaska. A geep sits forlornly under the golden glow of sodium vapor lighting on the fuel rack adjacent the ARR's diesel shop in Anchorage.
