Remarks & Notes

Atlantic & Western 109 "C. L. McNeill" is a "Paducah Rebuilt" GP10. This engine was built as Rio Grande GP9 5943, then sold to the Illinois Central Gulf, which rebuilt it into GP10 8323. It was later sold to the Meridian & Bigbee Railroad as their 109 before arriving in Sanford, NC, to work for the ATW.
