| With the Illinois River well above flood stage, the Peoria & Western trundles across the lift bridge as the crews of towboat Shirley Ann change out on Sunday afternoon Sept 21 2008. The train is running a transfer out of the Tazewell & Peoria Railway yards in Creve Couer.
