| Exactly 69 years after putting in operation, double electric railcar RAe 4/8 "Churchill-Pfeil" (Churchill Arrow) made a journey from Zürich to Lake Geneva and back. The elegant vehicle with 110 seats and a kitchen suits very well for such daytrips. The railcar was once allowed for 150 kph, but today for a good comfort it rolls normally with about 80 kph. "Churchill-Pfeil" is waiting for passing by of two InterCity tilt trains in the little station of Onnens-Bonvillars on the way back to Zürich. |
