Two days after the big storm, traffic on CSX is still faltering. The C923 crew would usually pick N860 up at Collinwood, but its crew outlawed at CP11. Now on board their train, the C923 crew waits for congestion ahead to clear up so they can take their train to Collinwood for fuel, and head to the Eastlake power plant to dump its 111 loads of Powder River Coal.
