| European steam locomotives are in general much lighter than american, axleload is only about 2/3. This french 4-cylinder-compound "Mountain" has an extremly elegant running gear. The 1931 built 241 A 65 found a new home in Burgdorf/Switzerland and is operated by Association 241A65. |
