Snow drifts, like this one near Ryan, has taken the toll on the power this week. The CN usually runs plows on their locals to help keep the power dry, but it hasnt helped lately. Last night an extra job took 4 badorders units out of Cedar Rapids to Waterloo for snow repair, so we will see how this fresh power does plowing thru the drifts.
