| A St Paul, MN to Kansas City, MO manifest is pouring on the coals as they work upgrade into Rutledge. The ICE picked up 6 ex-CP SD40-2's from NRE to help out the power shortage they been having had since startup in 2002. Here is one of the ugly ones leading SPKC south. |
