Crossing the Mississippi River over the Aresnal Bridge into Rock Island, IL finds IAIS eastbound CBBI framed in the sculpture garden on the east side of the bridge. This was the Saturday of the triple headed Chinese QJ steam excursion--I was avoiding the crazy motorcade by waiting for the CBBI to come to me.
