Didn't have this one in the cards, not even on a chase like this. Leaving Laredo, the crew of the CP business train found the horn on #4107 would only sound via PTC, not manually. After much discussion, and a border patrol check in Hebbronville, it was decided they couldn't fix it in Robstown, would wye the power at "Fores"....which turned out to be this transload industry that, of all things, has a fully functioning wye. This allowed #1401 to reclaim its spot at the head end, making the train resemble the run to Montgomery AL last September.
