Beind freshly rebuilt CSXT 4711, loaded SCE&G coal train C365-08 (Spurlock - Middleton) banks around the 10 degree curve at Collco with 110 loads. Just south of Haysi, Va on the north bank of the McClure River near Clinchfield milepost 12, the truck dump tipple at Collco was built in June of 79’ by Jewell Smokeless, and changed hands several times before falling dormant since 2015.
