| Negotiating the hollers of Dickenson County once again, CRR SD40-2 # 8128 is right at home again as it and sister L&N 8138 split the Clinchfield US&S P-5 hardware at S.E. Allen with work train W052.
The unique “S” lens on the dwarf gives a “Stop and Check” indication and is for a move to the Allen Extension track; recently removed but was used by the various Dante Mine Runs (which 8128 was no stranger to) for many years. |
