An 8 car set of retired New York City Subway Pullman Standard R-46 subway cars traverses the South Brooklyn Railway on it’s way to 2nd Ave “Yard” where it will sit until NYNJ Rail Picks them up. An NYPD cruiser would end up taking the exit ramp as I was standing up here for the shot, and I was escorted down by them accordingly. Thankfully, the scrap move was already passed me an the officers were chill about it. The subway cars are being shoved from the rear by two NYCT diesels.
