| What would typically be a Midtown Direct train from Penn Station, train 6279 departs out of Hoboken Terminal to Montclair State as a part of the Portal Bridge cutover diversions. All Montclair-Boonton Line, Morristown Line, and Gladstone Branch trains operated in and out of Hoboken Terminal, reminiscent of the pre-Kearny Connection days on NJ Transit. This would be the final week of this cutover process before we do all over again in the fall for the 2nd track over the bridge. |
