Late November heavy snowstorms aren't too common. On 11/29 over a foot of snow fell in the state. Early on that Saturday, 337 and 338 met at Jesup. With 7 units on 337, I headed out for some snow fun. Here after swapping crews, the 337 is back on the move as the snow comes down hard. Unit train movements are really good for the CN in Iowa each month, so power is needed to supply those trains, and 337 is the main train out of Chicago to get power into Iowa. So big consist aren't too uncommon on this train.
