| The 2-6-2 passenger trains steamlocomotive 35 # 1097 of the IG Traditionslok 58 3047 e.V. in Glauchau is running around her train in Dresden Neustadt. The locomotive with 110 km/h maximum velocity was built in 1959 by VEB Lokomotivbau "Karl Marx" in Babelsberg as 23 # 1097 for the Deutsche Reichsbahn of the GDR (German Democratic Republic). The 35 # 1097 pulled the steam special DRC 93579 of the "Winter Steam in Saxonia" round tour of the IGE Erlebnisreisen from Dresden Neustadt to Gera via Chemnitz-Glauchau this day. |
