Amtrak Extra 816 moves Northbound back to Penn Coach Yard in Philadelphia after a promotional event in Washington, D.C. The trainset was wyed in DC before departure so the ALC-42E was in the lead, since the Airo Cabcar is not allowed to lead with the existing PTC system requirements on the NEC.
