| BN Alco C425 no. 4254 idles with a mixed consist of Alco and EMD power between assignments at Vancouver, WA. BN assigned its Alco fleet to Vancouver after the 1970 merger. Prior to that Northern Pacific maintained their fleet in Minnesota. GN and SP&S kept theirs in Washington state. |
