Switching Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Railway's A Yard in San Bernardino CA in the 1940s is ATSF 0-8-0 614. Built as AT&SF 2-8-0 614 by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1901, the engine was rebuilt into an 0-8-0 by the railway's Topeka (Kansas) shops in March 1928. This engine would be sold for scrap to Midvale Iron & Supply Company on June 22, 1954.
