“CTrail Doubleheader on the Alleyway”

On September 25th, 2025, CTrail Extra 6697, powered by EMD GP40-3H #6697 and GE P40BH 6705, prepares to depart from Track 6 at New Haven Union Station on the New Haven Line in Connecticut. This 6-car doubleheaded extra train was heading to the Connecticut Army National Guard's Camp Hartell base in Windsor Locks, Connecticut for a joint emergency preparedness exercise.
