Portland Terminal Company S-4 1063 (originally Delaware & Hudson 3047) was sold to Massachusetts' Bay Colony Railroad in May 1983. It was stenciled for the new owner before it was shipped south.
The Bay Colony Railroad was a Class III shortline railroad that located in Massachusetts. The railroad operated along most of Massachusetts' south coast region (including all lines on Cape Cod) from 1982 to 2023.
