| Remarks & Notes |
| The massive 8-story Galveston Union Station was constructed by the Santa Fe and opened in 1913. Today it has been restored and houses the Galveston Railroad Museum (otherwise known as the Center for Transportation & Commerce). The museum's impressive collection of rolling stock, which includes many of the freight cars used in the movie "Emperor of the North," can be seen in this view. |
