| During the 1980s and up until 1993, the Hellenic Railways Organisation (OSE), due to a shortage of locomotives and an increase in transport demand, periodically leased the famous EMD G16 units from the Yugoslav Railways. In the photo, taken in September 1989,661-404 is parked at the Thessaloniki locomotive depot. |
